最近因DOTA2澳洲服务器断线，导致许多玩家纷纷在论坛上诉苦，接着Valve的员工作出了解释：

　　Valve doesn't have a team actively managing the network and servers 24/7. We have a very small team (2) that is on call pretty much all the time to deal with the server and network issues as they occur. So when things go wrong in the middle of the night our time, it can take us a bit of time to react to it. We are actively trying to grow the team. So if you think you have what it takes to smartly manage a global network across a dozen datacenters and also be responsible for thousands of physical servers and the applications running on them, then drop me a line. I could always do with another person to back me up。

　　Valve没有一个全天无休，随时恭候的团队去管理网络和服务器。实际上，随时候命去处理网络和服务器的突发故障的只有两个人。所以当我们大半夜的时候出现了问题，请给我们一点反应时间。我们正在积极尝试扩大团队，如果你对管理全国十几个数据中心，全球网络并负责维护服务器上有心得的话，可以联系我们。
